Return Of Selective Soundz
Selective Soundz is back again for the 2011/2012 summer.
The inaugural event held in Mangawhai earlier this year in late February was a fitting close to an idyllic summer. However, this time around Selective Soundz will move to usher-in the start of summer on Tuesday 27 December as a warm up to New Years Eve.
Selective Soundz is located on a picturesque site bordered by cornfields, trees and lakes near Mangawhai, one of Northland's most popular beach holiday spots.
More than four thousand attended Selective Soundz last summer, and while the turnout is expected to grow this year, the event has more of a spacious and laid-back vibe than other more intense outdoor music festivals.
The line-up to date includes Anika Moa, Jordan Luck, Sons Of Zion, Soljah, State Of Mind and Katchafire.
